The Account Profile allows you to update and maintain your Personal Information, Plan and Payment Information, and Account Preferences.
1. MY INFORMATION: Information entered in this tab will automatically appear in your OREA forms when creating deals (where applicable). In this section, you can update:
- PERSONAL INFORMATION such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address.
- BROKERAGE INFORMATION: This is where all of your brokerage information is stored. You can manually input and edit your brokerage’s information in this section.
- SIGNATURES & INITIALS: This is where you can create your signature and initial tags. You have the option to draw or type your signature. Your tags will be saved and used during signing sessions.
2. PLAN AND PAYMENT INFORMATION: In this section, you can:
- CHANGE OR CANCEL PLAN.
- Under PAYMENT INFORMATION; Add/ update credit card information.
- Under BROKERAGE & COUPONS CODES; update your group code or apply any coupons.
3. ACCOUNT PREFERENCES:
- Manage ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS from DealTap by selecting or de-selecting the relevant channel.
- SMART ALERTS PREFERENCES: When turned on, automatically checks documents for missing data or signature before sending, signing or exporting them.
To update your Profile Information:
1. Navigate to Profile section.
2. Under Profile, Edit the section you wish to update.
3. Adjust the desired information in the popup section and select Save.
