To create a form from the Dashboard:
- Click Create a Form.
- Select the form you want to add.
- Select a destination for the form: existing client folder or create a new one and click next.
To add an OREA form to an existing client folder:
- Navigate to the Client File section of the application.
- Select and open the folder you want to add forms to.
- On the toolbar above, click the form button.
- Select the form you want to add to your folder and click next.
- The form has been added to your client folder.
