To sign remotely using Dealtap:
- Click the "Send" button, located on the top right corner of the toolbar
- Select which pages and documents you want to share. You also have the option to upload an additional document
- Select the recipients you want to sign the documents, and ensure they have signing permissions.
- Add an optional message and click "Send"
The receiving party will receive an email with the documents, Click the "Open" button in the email to view them and begin signing.
- Once you see the forms, click the "Sign" button in the top right corner
- Click the red tag, this will open a window to create a signature stamp.
- Follow the instructions to create the signature stamp, and click "Create"
- Click on the sign tags to apply your signature. DealTap will automatically advance you to the next space.
- When complete, a copy will be sent to both the signee and the document owner.
