Smart alerts will identify potential errors in documents and bring them to your attention. Smart alerts are brought to your attention when you either send, begin a signing session or export a document for download. Smart alerts will notify the user if:
- Key fields are blank.
- Signature fields are blank.
- Key date has passed.
To turn "On" or "Off" smart alerts:
- Navigate to Profile section.
- Scroll down to Account Preferences > Smart Alerts Preferences section.
- Choose to either to turn Alerts On or Off.
